Sent Application for SPL 2008 (September 2007)

In the new incarnation of the consortium for the Standard Platform League (TeamChaos-St, from TeamChaos Standard), two new research groups have joint the team: the Robotics Lab, from the Carlos III university, leaded by Prof. Carlos Balaguer and the Intelligent Robotics and Computer Vision Group, leaded by Prof. Domenec Puig.


Third Spanish RoboCup 4-legged Open (September 2007)

The Third Spanish RoboCup Open has been held in Zaragoza. This even will be co-located with the VIII WAF (Workshop on Physical Agents) in Zaragoza ( Spain), 10th-12th September 2007.


German Open 2007 @ Hannover (Germany) (April 2007)

TeamChaos got the second place in group A (5 teams in group, we obtained 7 points, NUBots was first with 12 points) GO2007 Results}. We won 2 matches, lost one, and tie the fourth one. We lost against Cerberus team in the quarterfinals (3-8).



Sent the qualification material (February 2007)

TeamChaos has applied for the RoboCup 2007.


Latin American Open 2006 @ Santiago de Chile (June 2006)

TeamChaos has entered the second edition of the Latin American Open held in Santiago de Chile (Chile).


RoboCup 2006 @ Bremen (June 2006)

TeamChaos has been classified to participate in the RoboCup 2006 celebrated in Bremen (Germany). Some members of the team traveled to Bremen and took part in the competition including both soccer matches and technical challenges.


TeamChaos qualified to RoboCup 2006 (March 2006)

Teams who want to participate in the RoboCup Four Legged League competitions must go through a qualification proces. Last wednesday the list was made public, and our team has been qualified. Great news!


Second Spanish RoboCup 4-legged Open announced (December 2005)

The Second Spanish RoboCup 4-legged Open has been announced. This even will be co-located with the VII WAF (Workshop on Physical Agents) and will be held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Isles, Spain), 27th-28th April 2006.


I Spanish RoboCup 4-legged Open (25 de septiembre de 2005)

Last thursday in Granada was held the Firs Spanish Robocup 4-legged Open, that is, the first national championship among robots. The three teams that made up the TeamChaos entered the competition as well as the Italian team SPQR. More information about the event can be found in:


Ready for Japan (7th July 2005)

RoboCup is starting in five days and the TeamChaos is finishing the last detais for entering the competition. After the German Open the team has been improving by adding new functionalities, as for instance, the behaviors editor HFSM

Exhibiton match of the TeamChaos-URJC at RoboCampeones 2005 (16th May 2005)

Con motivo de la celebración de la edición de 2005 de Robocampones celebrada en el campus de Móstoles (Madrid) de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos el equipo TeamChaos realizó una exhibición en el campus de Móstoles de la URJC. El evento ha tenido una gran cobertura de prensa, tanto escrita (ABC, El Mundo, etc.) como televisiva (TVE-1, TeleMadrid, etc.).

TeamChaos en Prensa (18 de abril de 2005)

El periódico El Mundo, el segundo periódico nacional se ha hecho eco de la participación del TeamChaos en la Geman-Open y en particular menciona a nuestro Team-Leader ( Dr. Humberto Martínez). Igualmente, la emisora Intereconomía ha realizado una entrevista al responsable del proyecto DITPA ( Dr. Vicente Matellán).


Equipo TeamChaos se clasifica para la RoboCup (13 de abril de 2005)

El equipo TeamChaos es uno de los 22 equipos clasificados para la fase final de la RoboCup que se celebrará en Osaka del 12 al 18 de Julio de 2005. Entre los equipos clasificados hay 5 de los EE.UU. , 4 de Japón, 3 de Australia, 2 de Alemania, 2 de China, 1 de Chilie, España, México, Francia, Holanda, Portugal y Turquía.


El equipo TeamChaos noveno en la German-Open del 2005 (11 de abril de 2005)

En la ciudad de Paderborn se celebró la German-Open, con la participación de 64 equipos de 24 países. El equipo TeamChaos participó obteniendo el noveno puesto del ranking final.

German Open 2005 (6 de abril de 2005)

En breve comenzará el German Open en la ciudad alemana de Paderborn. 64 equipos de 24 países participarán en este encuentro en el que se realizarán competencias de las ligas de robots con patas de la Robocup. El equipo TeamChaos participará en dicha competición.
