SPI-team is a multi-university effort to create a multi-robot team of soccer playing physical robots to enter the RoboCup international competition in the Standard Platform League.

SPI-team is made up by Robotics Group of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, the Robotics and Vision Group of the Rovira i Virgili university, and the Robotics Group of the Universidad de León. Former members of the consortium were the ANTS Group of the University of Murcia, the Rotot Vision Group of the Universidad de Alicante, and the Applied Autonomous Sensor Systems of the University of Örebro (Sweeden). The team was also known as TeamChaos until 2009 and also participated in the 4-legged RoboCup competitions.
